Sust. 250 injection pain

Just took my first shot a couple days ago. No swelling but my leg feels like I got leg kicked by a UFC fighter. What should I do? Buy some sterile cotton oil or something and dilute? I'm only doing 250mg. twice a week. I know the prop is in there but I didn't think 50mg would tear me up this bad.

Dpharm by Designer. they also make the 125 mg/ml Winstrol which i'm taking orally. I injected in my right quad and it hurts like a biotch. Think this is dirty stuff? I only injected 250 mg. I'm thinking of getting some Test Enthatate and mixing it in with the Sust. to dilute the prop.

Apply heat and massage the site out. Besides that, you can bake your sust pre-use.

swelling finally went down. Pain is going away. what a relief. I was limping and now i can walk again.

another thing you could do is ride a bike, working the muscles, increasing circulation & easing the soreness. I believe working the muscles speeds the healing process for a sore injection site.

maybe pick a different injection spot, when i was on sust i used my delts, little sore but managable

Well I'm hoping my body gets use to it. I should have stuck with Test Enthatate. I'm doing two injections a week with Sust. So when I do delts i'm assuming i only need to penetrate the skin like an inch, right? Here is my newbie cycle and I'm on week 2. Please critique:

Week 1-5 Sustanon 500 mg/ week ( 2 injections)
Week 1-5 Winny 250 mg./week (oraly every other day)
Week 5-10 Test Cypionate 400mg/week
Week 5-10 Winny 250mg./week

Week 1-10 Arimidex .5 mg/ED
Week 1-10 Finasteride 2 mg/ ED

6-7 Week PCT - Liquid Nolva - 40 mg/ ed
Comid 50 mg/ed
7-10 Week PCT - Clomid 25mg./eod

* I don't have the Test Cypionate yet or I would be adding that to dilute the Sust. 250 which is kicking my arse.

So here is the latest. My third injection of Sust. is up tomorrow and my leg is still in agonizing pain from my Monday injection. I haven't even been able to go to the gym for the past 3 days. I've decided that either this Sust. is "dirty", "overdosed" or maybe it's just all "prop" because this is not normal. I took 10 advil today. I'm going to purchase some Test Enthatate and only use 125 mg. of Sust along with 350 of Test Enthatate and mix it in one syringe to dilute. I'm a big boy and I know my pain threshhold but i'm tired of limping. I know this shit is working because i'm getting zits, bloated and when I brush my teeth my biceps get full of blood and tight. Anyway, any suggestions? will cotton seed oil (sterile) work as well?

yes i did read it. I guess I'll try a glute shot. I think the only thing I have to look forward to is not being able to sit down for 3 days. Damn this sucks.

thanks Twist. I just hate not being able to live normally. I may actualy start doing EOD injections vs. twice a week so that i'm only putting in 125 mg. of Sust. instead of 250. This might help things
