    Default night sweats and tendonitis

I'm running a 500mg to 750mg per week cycle of Sustanon 250. I'm currently in my 8th week and I have gained 13 pounds. 224 to 237. I have had some very minor side effects. One of them is night sweats. Sometimes I wake up and my whole back is covered in sweat. It doesn't happen every night but I'd say three times a week. I've also developed some pain on the side of my elbow. And even though I've put on weight, I'm really not very hungry either. I don't ever get to 2,000 calories a day. One good thing is my girlfried loves the fact that I'm constantly horny. I mean all the time. All I think about is sex all day long. She doesn't know I'm on the juice but she is getting suspicious. But this is basically my first cycle. I tried some vet juice a few years ago and I injected it all wrong and I didn't do it the right way. But the Sus 250 is some really good stuff as my strength is up too. Is some of these sides common? And do any of you out there tell your wife/girlfriend that you are on juice? I'm tired of hiding it but I think she might really be upset if I tell her. Thanks.

For the elbow pain - I get the same problem - add some deca, 250mgs per week should do it.

The night sweats could be an increase in your metabolic rate, which would account for the heat/sweat when you sleep.

Steroids switch on the machinery within many of your body's cells to start synthesizing proteins and build muscle. That requires a lot of energy and your body generates heat as a consequence. You can almost measure the amount of anabolic activity in your body by how hot you run and how much you sweat. Night sweats are one of the most common minor side effects of AAS and it is something you must learn to live with if you do AAS. You can try putting a large beach towel down on your bed before sleeping to soak up the sweat, otherwise you may be changing the bedsheets daily.

Horniness is to be expected with testosterone. That's because testosterone is androgenic (scale=100), and its major byproduct DHT is extremely androgenic (scale=500). Androgens are the sex hormones that spark and feed your desire for sex.

Hiding steroid use from your wife or significant other is going to be a problem long term. I mean, who that close to you wouldn't notice? It's like trying to hide an elephant in the closet. You think she won't notice all the changes in you? What happens when you go off cycle and lose all that sex drive? In any relationship, it is easiest if you can be open and clear with each other. That way she has an opportunity to be supportive, then you can be free to do things you might not be able to do now (like leave your gear out, sleeping on a beach towel, not having to inject secretly, etc.)

Your low calorie diet will hinder you if your goal is to gain mass. If your main goal is to look muscular and ripped, then it may be ok so long as you are getting lots of protein in your diet.

    What are your goals?

Night sweats were always present for me when I was on cycle. Insomnia was also a problem.

The best way to get a girl to understand about you being on cycle is to educate her. The best way to educate her after a short informative lecture is to bring her on the board. Here she will learn the truth, not what the media portrays. Like djsf said, your drive is going to go significantly down once your cycle ends and unless she understands this to be a side from the cycle, she will be feeling emotionally hurt. It's normal and your drive will resume to pre-cycle after a while, but in the meantime, she'll think there's something wrong with her or with the relationship unless she's informed beforehand. Bringing her on the board will not only educate her but she'll have the support of other women who've been in her shoes at one point.

Increase your cal's so you can get the most out of your cycle! Post up a sample of your diet so we can make some suggestions.

For this cycle my goal was to just put on mass. I have gained 13-15 pounds. I went from 224 to 238 in three weeks using 500-750 mg's per week. Sus. 250. This is my first cycle. I have lifted all my life but I just wanted a little extra. I tried a cycle a few years ago but I didn't educate myself on how, and how much to inject. Now I'm doing everything the correct way. I'm sooooo much stronger on everything, plus my sex drive is back. I feel like I'm in high school again!!!! The nightsweats have stopped but I do sweat like a pig. I'm on my 10th week and I have about one or two more weeks to go and then PCT with Clomid. I wish I could stay on this stuff all the time cause this stuff makes my feel great.

Regarding my diet..... This is where I could use some help. I can't seem to eat a shitload of calories.
    breakfast. oatmeal and protien shake
lunch. chicken breast or two w/ veggies or yogurt
pre workout. proteion shake, or peanut butter on wheat bread
post workout. chicken breast or turkey spaghetti w/ proteion shake and veggies
late dinner. hamburger meat with barbecue sauce and veggies or 4 eggs with a little cheese.

So many ways to add the calories....I know you are concerned with not gaining fat so just rememeber the mantra

    "protein and calories"

X's mega shakes are excellent idea if you work in an environment where you can not bring solid food. If you love cooking then why don't you grab some steaks and instead of the hamburger meat at night eat a steak with vegetables?

    Breakfast ideas
Grab 10 eggs and use 2 whole and 8 whites, make them into an omelette and eat that with the protein shake and the oatmeal.

    Lunch
Steak or Chicken as much as you can eat and then top off with the veggies.

    After workout
Slam a can of tuna and some OJ as soon as you finish your last set.

Other suggestions would be to add steaks whenever you can. Eat, eat and eat.

If you are not worried about adding some bodyfat (which can be dietet later) then after training go to an McD and feast. Do that once a week if you can do 2 a week is good.

However reading that there is only 2 more weeks left in your cycle I would hold on the McD idea since the cycle is almost over and you need to take a rest for your tendons.

    Hope to be of service.

IMHO I would not tell your woman anything. If you are married that might be different, but what if you tell her and she decides she doesn't want to be with someone who uses AAS? or worse is cool with it until you break up and she starts telling people your business?

Hey man..well done on your progress your kicking ass..It would all depend on wether I was in a permanant long term relationship as to wether i told my girl friend .If you think she is going to be your wife then you should tell her and make sure she trusts you that you know what your doing and that it's a part of who you are .If she is just a girlfriend then i would not tell her.I'ts hard to find people you can trust and no doubt if you break up she'll tell everybody what your private bisness is and blame your use for everytime you got mad..There is no roid rage just people that piss me off!!!...
