    Question Girl's Cutting cycle Questionnnn!

    Okay...so I thought I'd ask this here instead of in the women's forum so I can possibly get more opinions...

    I'm going to start cutting (about 9% BF) soon (as soon as i can figure this all out!). I've asked several people, male and female, what stack would be best...

    In my perfect world it would be primo/t3/clen...but chances of it actually being primo are not very good...so i was then considering anavar/t3/clen. The thing is, I'm not cutting for a bbing show...just cutting to see how the muscles are coming along and what I need to work on before doing a show (hopefully next april!)...

    So what do you guys think? I've been told that since I'm not doing a show now, t3/clen aren't really necessary and Trex would do the job for now...actual doses would be worked out later on...(i'm a cycling virgin!)...I'm just trying to sort through the major parts before I start into the details...

    I ramble I know..but to sum it up... anavar/t3/clen vs. pure anavar ...cutting about 9% bodyfat and doing the CKD diet...want to keep the muscle...the end. :bigsmile

    I would start with anavar alone for a first cycle and combining it with a CKD should give you the results you're looking for.

    What are your stats, training, and diet like now? How old are you and how long have you been training?

    Thanks so much...I think that's what I'll stick to.

    Stats:

    Height: 5'3" on a good day
    Weight: Somewhere around 165 (going to check tomorrow morning to be accurate)
    BF: ~23% (also getting it done tomorrow...23 last time it was done hydrostatic weight method)

    Diet: pretty clean @ 1800-2100 calories (zig-zag usually)...consists of chicken, egg whites, oatmeal, then tons of veggies

    And as far as training--I've been lifting for about 6 years (I'm 22 now), but really only done some serious damage in the gym for the past 3 years ...that's the basic rundown...I'd like to diet down to about 15% BF and then hang out there for a while (try to add some muscle without a bulking cycle)...and then hopefully be ready to cut again for a show!

    OH! and as far as training goes...I'm about to change it up to a 4-day split..but right now I'm doing a 5-day split (chest, back, delts/traps, bis/tris, leggggggggs)...cardio: 30 minutes 3xper week and 60 minutes 1x per week as well...i feel like I might be overtraining...that's why I'm going to cut back to 4 days

    You may want to try leaning down a bit before starting up the cycle so your cycle results will be more vissible. Try the CKD for 6 weeks first, then see where you're at.

    Glad to have another shortie on the board! I'm the same height as you. LOL

    sure...well this WAS the diet, I'm planning a new one...(I feel like some days it wasn't high enough in calories for the intensity of my workouts/cardio)...but

    meal 1: 9 egg whites, 1/2 cup (dry) oatmeal
    meal 2: protein bar (brand varies, but usually ~30g protein)
    meal 3: same as meal 1
    meal 4: chicken breast and either asparagus or broccoli (tons of them!)
    meal 5: same as meal 4
    meal 6: 9 egg whites and more broccoli

    ...that's basically it...

    Mr. X...thanks for all of the anpb posts! I'm actually going to start off the CKD with that version, and then slowly ween myself off the anpb and into an all out CKD...! Lets hope this works for me...I'm OBSESSED with anpb so I think I'll be fine!

    when you are ready i would do var alone..the sides from primo can be a bit much
    try the ckd diet and if it is not for you go with ECA,nothing burns fat like ECA,imo
    your diet looks spot on,and the only other thing i wouls say is that you might be overtraining,but the dedication is admireable,and the legs are more than that
