I been reading and see alot of what you say and it seems that your on top of it..
Here is the skinny..
I am looking to start my first real cycle
(Not that bs we all do in College)
I played ball in school and ive havent at 12% bodyfat since..
I workout 5 days a week and strenth is not an issue..
My current stas:
weight:262
Height:6'1
bodyfat:18%
About 4 weeks in on a gaining phase..
Taking BSN Stack-Cellmass,Nitrix and NoXplode
I really want to get cut and get my weight down to gameday weight-235 or 240
I know that diet is the way but I also want to add alot of definition and not just lose weight..
What is a resonable cycle that I can study up on..
