    Default Go on cycle or continue diet?

    The last cycle Test E 750 for 10 weeks got me to 208, but I was'nt too happy with my fat percent 20-25% range. I trimmed to about 11% (measured with skinfold.) and 185lbs. Took me two months and Im down to an 800 cal diet and cant loose jack more; stalled for the last 2-3 weeks.

    My next cycle is test E 750, 1-12 + Deca 600, 1-10 + Dbol 40 1-4.

    I was hoping to get to around 5% bf but I can't get anymore weight off.

    Should I start the next cycle and/or what suggestions would you have to get this weight off? Will the cycle take anymore off?

    If you want to get lean and you are going to cycle, maybe try a cycle that's more of a cutter instead of a bulker (test + deca + dbol = classic bulker). Consider test with a strong AI, or add winstrol instead of dbol to your deca, or try test + tren.

    If you insist on keeping this cycle, use a good strong AI so you do not bloat up from the test and dbol. 1mg arimidex ed should work. Do all the usual things to manage your caloric balance, e.g. control the fat and simple carbs in your diet, be very active and do enough cardio, etc.

    800 cals a day? i don't know if i read that right, but that's way to low. that's why you hit a weight loss plateau.....up cals.......a lot!
