Best and safe oral

Hi guys,

What is according to you a good and safe oral? I know that normally everybody said that it is safer for the liver to use injectable. However, if I combine my oral with liv52 (http://www.liv52.com/), maybe I can bypass that problem. Also, can I expect similar gain with oral that with using Test like sustanon. I already have a little bit of Turanabol from my first cycle. So, maybe I will combine it with another oral for the first weeks of my cycle.

I think everyone will agree that anavar is the drug you are looking for. It has only a mild effect on the liver, barely aromatizes, and is well known to be the safest oral out there. Probably why its also the most expensive. Also, its anabolic effect is not profound except at higher doses. You will not grow like a beast even at doses of 100mg/ed, but you will steadily get stronger and a bit larger without the worry of side effects.

Jasmin, please give your stats: years workout experience, body composition, weight, height, age. Also, what are your specific goals?

Also I am assuming you are a man (sorry, but I need to confirm your gender. With the name Jasmin you might be a lady... :-)

Note that women must NOT use steroids without very close oversight by a doctor or experienced fitness trainer. Permanent masculinization and serious unwanted changes can result if a woman takes steroids too much or for too long!

Anavar is probably the mildest and easiest on the liver, but cycle length should be limited to 8 weeks or so. Winstrol is harder on the liver, but with good liver health it can be run for 5-6 weeks (usually toward the end of a cycle for cutting). Next is d-bol which is somewhat harsher and is best used for about 4 weeks (usually as a kickstart). After that you start to get into the very toxic orals like anadrol which should be used for 3 weeks or so.

Jasmin, why are you investigating orals? Are injectables an option for you? You can generally get better results from injectables at lower cost and with fewer sides. For a first cycle, testosterone alone will get you great results. Test-only cycles (with a good AI) are a great place to start. Lots of information is available on this site.
