I am 30 years old, been lifting on and off for about 8 years. I would workout real hard for a few months, then I would be out for a few. This past year I have hit the gym 6 days a week everyweek. Minus family vacation and sometime when my wife was in the hospital.
I have been reading boards and such for many months, I have a plan of what I would like to do.
I am thinking 1-10 500mg/week of Test
12-16 40mg/day nolvadex
I have an online source (board sponser) picked out to order from.
Diet is in check with 40% protein 30% fat and 30% carbs. Right now I am eating around 2000 cals a day still trying to peel off a little more fat before I begin my planned cycle. This past summer I was at 255 pounds now I am down to 215 bf is prob around 15%. I know I will need to seriously bump up the cals while on cycle.
I work out with weights 3 days a week (currently doing a 5x5 workout) and do cardio 3 days aweek.
So do I sound ready?
I know that I would like to trim off at least 15 more pounds of fattness before I start.
