If you are wanting to lean gain, can you give us an idea about what your diet would look like if you are going to consider using test? Personally, I would recommend a test enanth and a clean bulking diet such as a pound and a half to two pounds of beef per day with moderate glycemic carbs. However, for that much beef, you may need to do moderate reps rather than low reps and heavy weights. A decent post-workout meal to replenish muscle glycogen would be all carbs ranging from low glycemic to moderate/high glycemic (no sugar). You may not retain solid definition but you will not lose your abs with a diet similar to this. If you feel up to it, you could try test enanthate or cypionate at 500 mg/week, pick out a good post cycle therapy regimen and have some anti estrogens on hand just in case if you have problems with estrogen.
