    Default Hey Guys

    Hey guys here are my stat.

    Age 21
    Height 5' 7"
    Weight 165
    Working out for 4 years straight
    -My goals get to a solid and lean 180 lb
    I have used gear before... i know not reccomened, but it got me a scholarship for soccer, so I used primarily winny and test enantate.
    - I know i am still young. Right now I am a personal trainer and I do know how to train and eat. My calories are up My body fat is about 10% right now. I am looking to stay real lean. My sports career is done so now I am looking to gain some size.
    - Also I do understand most of you think I should be able to do it on my own, but I have been using creatine and NO product and all i seem to get is stronger, but not bigger. Let me know what you all think.

    If you are wanting to lean gain, can you give us an idea about what your diet would look like if you are going to consider using test? Personally, I would recommend a test enanth and a clean bulking diet such as a pound and a half to two pounds of beef per day with moderate glycemic carbs. However, for that much beef, you may need to do moderate reps rather than low reps and heavy weights. A decent post-workout meal to replenish muscle glycogen would be all carbs ranging from low glycemic to moderate/high glycemic (no sugar). You may not retain solid definition but you will not lose your abs with a diet similar to this. If you feel up to it, you could try test enanthate or cypionate at 500 mg/week, pick out a good post cycle therapy regimen and have some anti estrogens on hand just in case if you have problems with estrogen.

    So my diet it pretty much the same every day.
    Breakfast
    2 whole eggs
    4 egg white
    1 cup of oatmeal
    1 8oz glass of oj

    snack-
    1 serving of cyto gainer or just 1 1/2 serving muscle milk
    1 med pear

    Lunch-
    1 cup of brown rice
    1 chicken breast
    Either steamed aparagus or broccoli

    Snack-
    Shakes again.
    Veggie- normal is cut up red and yellow peppers raw

    Dinner-
    6-8 oz of salmon
    Yams
    Huge salad with peppers,cucumber,tomatoes,sprouts,avacoado(no dressing) just pepper and some olive oil

    snack-
    some caesin protien- normally 1 cup fat free cottage cheese with soy nuts, but some times just a caesin shake.

    My work out looks like this. 5 days a week I do morning cardio. (Joggin nothing to crazy) Every other day I do a full body workout. Time is kinda tight with school still going on so this allows me to hit the muscle group more often. I do break it up into parts though so when I do chest on say monday I do a flat db press, but on wed I would do a Incline Cable fly. What do you guys think of that? I was thinking of do a split of upper and lower? Any opinions would be great. I have done splits before, I just want to make sure I am staying lean and those types of workouts seem to keep me leaner.

    Thanks spook for the recomendation. What about winny tabs. Is it going to be possible to keep most of my gains with a test or can i add a winny to help keep me a little cut up?

    Appreciate all of the help.

    I think you should wait, you have much natural potential, d iet and training are the key to reach your goals

    You could try giving up the cardio. With that much cardio, your body is constantly in fuel-burning mode. You need to have a calorie surplus to grow. Plus, giving up the cardio now will allow your metabolism to slow a bit, so when you want to cut up later, it will be easier to do so.

    Is there any other supplement I could take that would help my natural levels or help aid my muscle growth? Like some cee or tribulus. Is there any guideline or going natural...olike using glutamine and vitamins and protiens and things like that. If so what supps to you guy recommendin replacement that can help give me some solid gains.

    okay guys after serious consideration... i decided i am sick of doing it the natural way and deiced to go with a 10 or 12 week cycle of just eq solo. I know I will need pct after and was thinking o g adding the nolva at about week eight. Do you guys think i would need HCG? My cycle is going to look like this
    week 1- 400
    week2- 400
    week3-500
    week4-500
    week5-500
    then week 6-10 or 12 600

    What do you guys think of that. I know I wont get as much gains a test, but from what I have read on the forum people love the EQ and it seems to have less side effects then test. My diet is going to be up to 3500 calories a day and I am cutting my cardio down a to only three days a week. And then do a split of upper and lower body workouts every ohter day to help me stay lean. Thanks for the opinions I appreciate them all. Also I am going to be taking a cee and an no products and vitamin e, cla and a couple other keep up supplements.

    Okay, you were real quick to just jump the gun like that. Why EQ? Why ONLY EQ?

    Try naturally for a bit. Like someone said above, you need to increase you're calorie intake, probably your protien intake too (not sure how many grams/day that is)

    Try doing that, less cardio, more lifting. I don't think it's a good idea for you to be juicing, as you have a very strict diet, great potential, and a good attitude in the gym

    I appreciate the knowledge, but I am still going to go with the EQ. I've decided to go with that solo because I am not trying to get huge. I still want to stay lean and keep my cardio levels up and I heard it doesnt effect you as bad in the cardio section. I am glad that it is a good appitite stimulant it will help me eat more during the day. Also I have read and done a lot of research and it seem to not have as severe side effects and the gain are more solid and keepable. Thanks Godfather for you opinion. If any one else reads this I am just wondering if the dosages look good.
