hi all, looking for a bit of help here please,

bf 18%ish
training 5 years
using gear 3 years
going to compete in 2 shows in may and starting my diet start of feb.I am currently eating a fairly clean 3500-4000 cals, struggle to hold much more food down, with a few treats thrown in. ive dieted before to compete but was given shit advice on what to take, i ended up ripped but lost far too much size and was taking too much gear.
Previos cycles include test e, deca, tren e, trena, viromone, test cyp, sus dbol, winstrol and clen, not all at the same time! all in ive done about 6 courses, but never go above 500mg test, so all fairly sensible doses.
im trying to plan a 12 week course which includes test at 500-750/wk although i cant get test cyp anymore. also want to include tren a but in a minimal dose because i had bad sides before, possibly deca or eq, also to include winstrol and clen. iI am also using hgh at 4iu ed for 14 weeks up too the show date.
if any1 could give a bit of advice on how to stack these effectivley it would be much appreciated.im open to the idea of splitting the 12 weeks into 4 weeks of differing meds, i also run tamoxifen at 40mg ed during cycle as im gyno prone. thanx
