Need help with second cycle

I'm a 44 yrs old male, 5'10", 178lbs, 20% body fat (lean all over but have to rid of 2" of fat around the wasteline). I ended my first cycle about 15 months ago and it included the following:

500mgs Test Enen, 250mgs Deca, two x a wk, plus Naposim 30mgs x day x 6 wks Followed by 2wks nolva at 50mgs x day. I gained 30 lbs from this cycle, however I have only retained 10 lbs of it.

I now wish to start a second cycle, however I DO NOT want to use Deca, due to the "Deca Dick" I got from it. As a matter of fact I would very much prefer to do a cycle that will alow me to gain a fair amount of muscle and strength but also provide some cutting and enhanced libido.

I need some expert advice as to what would be the best cycle for me, given my age and specific requirements. Thank you all in advance.

I would suggest you run a test and primo cycle
something like 500mgs of test per week, 600mgs of primo per week
and 40mgs of anavar ED for 6 weeks
arimidex at about 1mg ED and keep cialist on hand lol

The PRIMO VIALS ARE 10ml, therefore it would make more sense to me to use 5oo mgs each time so I can get two full uses out of the vial don't you agree?
And how would you feel about an 8wk cycle instead? Is that too long?

don't create your cycles around vial size
this is something you're putting in your body, so get the max benefit

How long should this cycle be for? Should I go 8,10 or 12 wks?
I am aware that I can only do the orals for 4 to 6 wks, but what about the injectables? I also need to know how much PCT (clomid/nolva/arimidex), and for how long.
